Jack

So named after a male hare, a magical site at Husk throughout March.

Rusts and mustards offer a rich and characterful palette in Jack. A slipper bath, painted in Farrow & Ball Card Room green sits at the foot of the super-king brass bed shielded by a mid-century walnut & bamboo screen. The bathroom is contemporary with nickel hardware, and black details such as Jim Lawrance cast iron lights with green marbled paper shades.

An Edwardian drop-leaf table and chairs make a cosy spot for a glass of wine, and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living area if you are visiting with little ones. A striking contemporary work by artist Haz Chomley presents an engaging focal point in the bedroom, alongside five lithographs entitled ‘Earthworks’ by Suffolk painter and printmaker Michael Carlo - abstract studies of Suffolk woodland underfoot in Autumn.
