Our seasonal menu changes monthly and includes a welcome aperitif crafted with infusions and cordials made from the fruit trees on the farm - Husk’s ‘Seasonal Sour’ or ‘Seasonal Spritz’ (non-alcoholic) - followed by three delicious snacks, our freshly baked ‘sourda bread’, and three flavoursome, carefully balanced courses.

Our drinks menu focuses on low-intervention and organic wines from small scale producers, as well as local Suffolk ale and kombucha.

Tickets are £72 which now includes VAT but not gratuity; there will be an opportunity to leave a cash or card tip on the night. Tickets are non-refundable but with more than a week’s notice can be reallocated for another date.

At Husk, we cook and bake with the very best seasonal Suffolk produce - Fen Farm Dairy, Hodmedod's flours, Sutton Hoo chicken, Pump Street Chocolate, and much more. Many key ingredients and flavours hail from our kitchen garden, or are foraged from the immediate landscape.
