May Supper Club

A seasonal menu celebrating the finest Suffolk produce.

What’s included?Begin your evening with a welcome cocktail served in Sunset Barn - a rhubarb daiquiri or non-alcoholic rhubarb shrub; then make your way down to the Husk dining room for canapés, our signature freshly baked ‘sourda’ bread and butter, and three delicious finely balanced courses. You’ll leave wonderfully satiated without feeling too full! Mint teas and coffee are optional extras at the end of dinner. All the recipes from the menu you’ll enjoy on the night will feature in our forthcoming book Suppers from a Suffolk Farm.

If you prefer a vegetarian menu please let us know at the point of booking via email; we regret that as a small team we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements.

Drinks? Our organic house red and white wine are available by the glass and by the bottle. We also serve a local ale and a non-alcoholic spritz crafted with fruit from the farm. Alternatively please feel free to BYO wine; corkage £20/75cl bottle of wine.
