The Farm

Husk has been renovated over the course of five years as sensitively and sustainably as possible. Reclaimed and heritage materials have been used throughout. Joey & Katy tend to a bountiful organic kitchen garden, a flock of rescue hens and geese, and an aviary of quail. Fruit trees offer seasonal delights throughout the year which shape Husk menus, and a once dilapidated Sunset Barn now offers breathtaking views over fallow farmland; it has a west-facing terrace overlooking the natural pool which is an exquisite setting for events.
