Private events range from supper clubs for up to 18 guests in the dining room, to celebratory feasts for up to 50 guests in Sunset Barn, or something larger still… No event is too big or too small so please get in touch - info@huskthorington.co.uk
Dining options during your stay include bespoke menus and unique dining experiences from award-winning chef Joey O’Hare (Suffolk Chef of the Year 2024 & 2025; BBC’s Masterchef the Professionals) with a drinks offering crafted by sommelier Katy O’Hare (WSET 3). Family brunches by the pool… lunch buffets in Sunset Terrace… or picnics in Orchard Field, we will created a delightful range of menus for you.
Husk’s food is directly inspired by the immediate landscape - local game, foraged flavours, fermented, pickled and preserved fruits from the farmstead, eggs from our flock, seasonal herbs and vegetables grown in the organic kitchen garden. We cook and bake with the very best seasonal Suffolk produce - Fen Farm Dairy, Hodmedod's flours, Sutton Hoo chicken, Pump Street Chocolate, and many more.
