Named after a favourite ancient wheat, grown here in Suffolk. The historic corrugated exteriors of the grain silo remain untouched; the original hatch is in working order and the grain shoot in the top of the roof is now a skylight. Expect modern luxury with a king sized bed, organic tea & coffee, crocs and robes for the natural swimming pool, and a rainforest shower in your en suite bathroom. Emmer has a west-facing private deck for a cup of tea or a glass of wine, and an outdoor two person Swedish wood-fired bath for a soak under the stars.
